Is an organization founded for the purpose of serving the agricultural, low income, communities of Fresno, Kings and Tulare Counties of Californias Central San Jaquin Valley. In 1987 the U.S. Treasury, Internal Revenue Service granted the "RSS", A 501(c)(3) status. Establishing "RSS" as a nonprofit, community based organizition serving the general public

Services Provided

  • Citizenship/Visa Processing - for new imigrants and ther families such as: N-400 Citizenship app, N-600 Citizenship app for minors, W-R709 100 Question one on one drill and review.
  • Immigration services - I-90 Green Crd Renewal, I-130 Petition for Relative, I-134 Affidavit of Support for Visitors, I-485 Adjustment of status, I-765 Work Authorization Renewal, I-821D Defferd Action, I-864 Affidavit of Support, PIII- With all Pertinent Forms, PIV- Cd. Juarez Visa Appoinmtment 
  • Government Benefits Information -Such as UIB, SDI, AFDC, SSI for the poor, elderly and disabled 
  • Other Services - Notarizations, Travel Authorization, Notarized Affidavits, Translations, Internet Service
